Our Refund Policy
As some of our products are personalised/made-to-order they are exempt from return and are non-refundable.
Please ensure all personalised details are correct when placing your order as mistakes can not be rectified after the order has been produced. The Kids Menu take no responsibility for any spelling or punctuation mistakes made by the customer.
If you have made a mistake with your order and it has already been printed/dispatched then there may be a minimum charge for sending a replacement (price may vary based on product ordered and delivery method).
If however we have made a mistake with any of the personalisation on your order please contact us and we will arrange to send a replacement at no extra cost to yourself. If you have ordered a product and the item is damaged on receipt then a replacement order will be sent.
If your order has arrived damaged contact us by email quoting your order reference number and attaching some photographs of the damage. We will then look into this for you and arrange for a replacement order to be dispatched where applicable. Important - any damaged orders must be reported within 7 days of receiving the item for a replacement to be sent.
Occasionally orders can go missing - please contact us with your order reference if you have not received your order within 5 days of your confirmation of dispatch. All missing items must be reported to us by email within 30 days of you order being dispatched.
Please note that we cannot be responsible for: Any errors in spelling, punctuation, grammar or dates made by the customer Poor quality, badly lit or low-resolution images supplied by the customer Errors options such as choice of finish, quantity or product type made by the customer
Please preview your designs carefully and correct any mistakes prior to placing your order.
If you want to cancel your order once our designer has completed the setting of your order and has supplied the preview then we cannot offer a full refund. Important - any complaints or damage to your order must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order.
Product Prices All prices on our website are shown in British Pounds (GBP).
Prices are inclusive of VAT. Prices do not include delivery which is calculated at the checkout based on delivery location.
The Kids Menu (UK) Ltd reserve the right to amend product prices and discount offers at any time.
