Menu Proof

If you have ordered customised menus we will supply you with an electronic proof of your menu BEFORE any printing is undertaken. Please ensure this proof is checked thoroughly for any errors before confirming approval to print.

Once confirmation has been received and printing started, no changes can be made to your menu.

Our Return Policy

Our customised menus are non-returnable.

You will be asked to approve an electronic proof of your menu before it is printed, once we have received your approval your order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

If you are returning non-customised menus then please ensure the menus are returned in their original packaging. We would advise all returns are sent using recorded or special delivery as a refund will not be issued if the item goes missing after being posted and is not received by ourselves. Please ensure your original order number is clearly stated on the packaging.

All orders must be returned within 5 working days of receipt of delivery (the date the order was signed to accept delivery).

Missing/damaged Orders

All of our orders are sent out as standard First Class mail using Royal Mail.

If you order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch then please contact us.

If your order has arrived damaged please contact us and we will arrange to send a replacement order. A refund will not be offered.
